my daughter and I stayed for 2 nights at the Kingsway hotel Covent Garden and we loved it. It was convenient, the staff were wonderful, the rooms were very very good. The location was superb. Highly recommend it.

Just around the corner from Covent Garden. Clean room with all the amenities you require. Will look to stay here again for a visit to London. Keep up the good standard.

Good location and room clean. However bed really firm and early morning deliveries not welcomed.

Staff were like dealing with Manuel in Faulty Towers ,especially breakfast waiter who when asked for hot water says yes of course ,that comes with coffee ,which I had not asked for ,then wanted to serve 3full English breakfasts at 16.95 each ,instead of the eggs Benedict ,and porridge we had asked for ,absolutely ridiculous , this was 1of the worst incidence but certainly not the only one ,perhaps staff training could be improved ,

Friendly hotel staff in a good location - close to covent garden and local bars and restaurants.Breakfast was good with plenty of choice of cold and hot food. Relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are a little dated and small (we booked a delux - we would not have liked the standard). Lovely reception with a friendly and efficient greeting and check in. The same for check out. Helpful and friendly door men (concierge) who play an integral role in making sure this hotel provides a top service. Room we had was nice a quiet as we requested. Nice Moulton and Brown toiletries in the bathroom - which included a bath as well as shower. All in all a good 2 night stay

This hotel is in an excellent location. WIthin 5-10 minutes walk from Covent Garden and about 15 minutes walk from Shaftsbury Avenue.

Very hard to sleep because of noise from outside hotel

Staff very helpful, Breakfast was good but price for continental breakfast was high. Then a Service Charge on to of that £5 plus, If you wanted anything from the Mini Bar the Prices were Crazy High.Rooms were very good and could not wished for better, So that was Good But Rip off prices spoil it

A Lovely quiet hotel.Staff all very helpful polite friendly and efficiant.This hotel was very clean and provided a great bit of peace and tranqility in the heart of the theatre district. We will be back!

This is the fifth time we have stayed, it is so close to the theatres and everything is top rate. Absolutely no issues. Excellent !!

Lovely room, clean, housekeeping excellent, bed was so comfortable, slept well every night, no disturbances, area was quiet, will stay there again.

Breakfast was a let down for a 4* hotel. We came down at about 09:15, chose the buffet breakfast which seemed to have been on the hotplate for some time. In particular the hash browns. Crunchy or what? I had coffee, my wife had tea, but we had to ask for milk which hadn`t been brought. At no time was I offered a second cup, nor were we offered more toast. A let down for a prestige establishment.

Nice welcome, although the receptionist spoke very fast and was hard to understand. Room was the best we have stayed in, in London. Breakfast was very good, excellent choice, good quality food. We liked being able to leave our bags there, so we could go and explore the area.

Good room delightful staff great location

As above, but very poor reception greeting. Barely understandable explanations from reception person together with unnecessary room alternative suggestions.

Smart comfortable hotel. Would suggest that when booking a quiet room is requested as the close proximity of a night club means it is noisy through the nigh if you are at the front of the hotel.
