We couldn.t have chosen better. Central for everything. Lovely and clean and great breakfast. Certainly be using St. Giles again

we had ameal before the show the ffog was fresh and used our 20% voucher .got a taxi to the theatre(not recommended)it took us over half an hour to get,because of the traffic and cost £11.00

Good location, near to tube station. Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

We had a twin room again on this stay and again we were very impressed the room was clean, fresh and spacious . We arrived in London earlier than expected and booked in With no problems bless at all. As soon we approached the door we were greeted by very friendly staff to guide us (very pleased with this) we were even offered a room either on the higher level or lower , all lifts were working fine and it was easy to find our room. We had breakfast included in our price which has excellent choices from a full English, cereral to fruits , I love the fresh coffee machine where I could get a lovely cappuccino.The hotel is also well located for the West End and also Oxford and regent street. I would highly recommend this hotel and can`t wait to come back again thank you so much .

Easy check in, friendly staff, great room and great breakfast in the morning. I just found the room to hot.

The only problem we found was the size of the bath towels they were very small. But everything else was very good.

We stayed for two nights . Brilliant location for theatre`s and shows . First night was a nightmare due to the location of our room on the first floor . The noise from the street below was relentless . The staff were very sympathetic next day , and did everything possible to help with a better placed room and up grade . Thank you very much Kieran . This is our second stay at the St Giles and will know doubt stay again .

Could do with bigger beds not good if you`re over 6ft tall ,but overall better than some London hotels we`ve stayed in good breakfast .

The staff were friendly. The room was clean if a little small, and fine for an overnight stay. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was very good and really central for everything for a few days, theatre, shopping and experiencing a couple of nights out in the big city.

The lifts didnt work when we were leaving. Had to take the stairs.

Twin rooms a little on the small side but fully servicable .... Beds were very comfortable ...... Breakfast was great ......the bar area had a great atmosphere with very friendly staff........ Felt a very "safe" hotel ...... Location was brilliant.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and enjoyed my stay each time but on this occasion I think we were given the noisiest room in the hotel not only were we on a main road room which ls understandable as the hotel is on a main road but I really think just double glazing is not enough an more could be done to keep the noise to a minimum but I could cope with that what I did find annoying was building work noise as well first thing we should have been advised about this or given another room but I will say breakfast is always excellent

Clean, room very small (single) but that fine as only sleeping in it, very warm

A wonderful location with OK rooms but disappointed that the Wifi was not included in the price.Food OK. but the best part was the staff they were excellent and went above and beyond what was required from them. Being open 24 hours meant that we saw many members if staff and they were all of a very high standard.

This is the second time that I have stayed at the hotel and it did not disappoint. The staff were brilliant and the hotel was all you need it to be. Will stay here again that`s for sure.

The hotel is perfectly situated for many theatres and for many attractions. We found the staff very friendly and helpful, the room was basic but comfortable and the breakfast plentiful and varied. The restaurants attached to the hotel were of a good standard. We would recommend the hotel..

Hotel was very good value for money,after some of the reviews I read I was pleasantly surprised . The twin room was a bit small but most important it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable . Would stay at the hotel again.

Brilliant hotel well organised, room spotlessly clean. Bed so comfortable. Breakfast lovely. Well recommend.

Generally very good. Excellent helpful staff, good breakfast, great central location and lovely hotel bar. However, the room was rediculously small, especially for a twin. No room for a dressing table, chairs or 2 bedside tables. Had to put all our possessions on the floor. Would still stay here again and hope for a larger room!
