The afternoon tea was really poor other than that the rest of the hotel was excellent and in a good location
Lovely hotel and staff. Good location too.
Generously proportioned room with excellent view of Tower Bridge, the Shard and HMS Belfast. Buffet breakfast good but would have liked the option of kippers (especially if included in basic price) to really set this hotel apart from competition.
Booked this for our anniversary. Was very disappointed with it you think it`s going to be this lovly hotel but when you get in there is only 1 person on the desk took ages to get in room.. room tiny can`t swing a cat. No hair dryer.the toilet does not flush, no kettle in the room. The hotel needs a make over as very dated best days were q0 years ago. Up side the views are excellent.
Totally coming back and already recommending to friends
Lovely friendly staff, room very clean amazing views we will definitely be staying again
Our hotel experience was exceptional. The service, staff, room, facilities were all first class and the view from our room was totally amazing!!! What a great hotel and location. Many, many thanks!!!
Heating in our room not able to regulate properly & heated towel rail not working in bathroom, bedrooms are looking tired now and have not changed in the last six years that we have been to the Tower Hotel for our December theatre breakAsked hotel maintenance to repair but was told every heated towel rail in the hotel wasDisconnected due to overheating problems, consequently no heating in bathroom, luckily it was a mild weekend.Breakfast was amazing as usual even for £12.00 per person with every choice under the sun.Reception areas are beautiful and welcoming and all staff were courteous and very professionalViews of Tower Bridge and the Shard are unsurpassed from the front of the Hotel
Welcoming hotel & staff + rooms well maintained. A great nights rest.
The towels were dirty and one of our rooms (610) the air con was so loud we had to ring reception.
Fantastic hotel, lovely room, fab breakfast. Hotel smells amazing!
A lovely hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
Had such a lovely stay thank you .was very poorly on the sunday after checking out they let me stay in my room with no extra charge .I have stayed at this hotel before and highly recommend it . Thank you for going the extra mile , much appreciated. I will be back .............. lol
Wonderful position to explore the tower, bridge and the Thames river cruises.Staff very good nothing too much trouble, only down side bar rather pricey.Rooms superb with fabulous views.
Hotel was in ideal location, central to most of what I wanted to see, booked an advance sleeper double room and was very pleased with the decor of room, staff were very friendly, there was a queue for breakfast in the mornings and heating in the room was blowing out cold air, other than these small issues we had a lovely stay and would go back to this hotel in future
Surprised by this. I was worried we would get a rubbish room but my god we were amazed. Our view over the docks at night during Christmas time was breathtaking. Thank you so much to hotel xxxxx you made my daughters 18th birthday one she will never forget
Great clean rooms, all the standards and facilities you`d expect from a reputable hotel in such a key position on the Thames and adjacent to one of the most iconic bridges in the world, I rest my case!
Excellent service all round
The hotel staff are great. Help us with all our questions. The room was small but had everything we needed and it was a river view so amazing views!!! This is the second here as it`s such a nice place.
Rooms were clean and comfy. I`ve stayed here before and the views are breathtaking. Rooms could do with a bit updating. Nice area away from central London. Not sure if I would stay here again as the price is quite expensive for what you get.
Fantastic size room with amazing view of tower bridge. Warm, large comfy bed, thick feather duvet slept like a log! Great shower. Room clean. Lots of extras. Check in a bit slow. Great location. Will definitely return x
Hotel and staff were excellent we could not if asked for a better service. Well done the Gouman
Warm, comfortable room with excellent housekeeping service.Bar, restaurant and lounge comfortable with good food and efficient and charming staff.
This is one of the best hotels I`ve stayed in for a long time. I would have to rate the customer service as excellent, staff very friendly, helpful, loved the view from my room, would definitely come back for another stay.
Not sure how many stars this hotel has but it should have five!! Fantastic!!
Great hotel, clean and cosy room with outstanding view of the tower bridge. Didn`t book breakfast and this the best decision as queues for it were pretty bad... restaurants within eady walking distance and on dock side
Tube engineering works took the shine off the weekend, station closures, long walks with luggage, late night taxi rides instead of tube journeys. Leason learnt -will look at whats closed on the rails in future before booking a hotel. We went out for breakfast as the wait was too long in the Bistro.
Brilliant hotel with staff providing outstanding service. The team could not have more attentive. We will definitely be back very soon!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, shame we had two rooms overlooking the bridge, would have been great if the work hadn`t,went on all night.
For what was paid I feel that the room was certainly average . When I booked with urselves I requested a view of Tower Bridge but instead ended up looking at an office block window which was disappointing for both myself and my guest considering I paid a premium for this package
Lovely weekend away. View from room was excellent. Went to the bar and had great night. Staff were very friendly and looked after our every needs. Even had gave us some complimentary crisps when the kitchen had shut as we`d had a long journey and not ate much. Breakfast is well worth the money good choice of either cooked or continental. Would go back.
would recommend my favorite London hotel.
lovely room, bathroom a little dated but clean
The hotel is big , rooms are ideal and very quiet , lovely food in the Brassiere and its location ovbiously being on Tower Brudge is ideal and 5 minutes walk from tube station, we will definatly be coming back in the future!!
The pre-booked cream tea was very disappointing, firstly they wanted to charge us as payment or confirmation hadn`t gone through from yourselves so that was a bit embarrassing, secondly the sandwiches were very dry the cakes were tiny and really not worth 19.95 per head in which they wanted to charge us unfortunately we had already paid a reduced rate but still not worth the money I would have sent it all back if I had,not already paid for it.
