BY TRAIN: The hotel is situated next to Waverly Station. Exit the station and the hotel is located at number 1 Princes street.
FROM THE AIRPORT: Follow signs for the A8, Edinburgh city centre. Continue through Corstorphine, passing Edinburgh Zoo on your left hand side and Murrayfield stadium on your right. Head toward Haymarket. Follow signs for the city centre into the West End junction of Princes Street. Go through the one way system to Charlotte Square and onto Queen Street, stay on Queen Street. You will pass the National Portrait gallery on your right and eventually coming to a roundabout. Take your second exit and keep in the right hand lane. Carry on down Leith Street. At the end of Leith Street you will come to a set of major traffic lights with the Balmoral Hotel on your right. Turn right at the traffic lights and the hotel is on your right.

The hotel does not have an on site car park. However, the hotel doorman can park your car in the hotel`s secure garage, which is located off-site. The cost is £25 per night.
