Getting there:

BY TUBE: Exit Queensway Tube Station via the left exit, head towards Marble Arch along Bayswater Road. Afer approx 2 minutes turn left into Leinster Terrace. The hotel is a 5 minute walk on the left hand side.
FROM PADDINGTON: Exit Paddington Tube Station and turn right along Praed Street. Turn right onto Eastbourne Terrace, after approx 5 minutes turn left onto Cleveland Terrace, after approx 3 minutes Cleveland Terrace become Leinster Gardens and the hotel is on the right hand side.
