Hotel and location:

Set in a 1940`s building, typical of Barcelona`s Eixample district, stands the 4* Amister Art Hotel. This is a boutique style hotel that leads with design and features its own art collection within the building, eight young artists were selected to do a project especially for the hotel, with each floor dedicated to that artist. Superbly located, the hotel is just a 20 minute walk from the centre of Barcelona, close to the Trade Fair and Convention Centre. The hotel is within easy reach of great transport links, with a bus and taxi stop just in front of the hotel. There are also 3 different metro stations within walking distance Sants station (10 minutes), Paseo de Gracia (15 minutes), and Plaza Catalunya (20 minutes). Guests can rent a bicycle (surcharge) from the hotel and follow one of their proposed cycle routes using bike lanes that trail all over the city, meaning that the whole of Barcelona is there for you to explore.

Getting there:

BY CAR: From El Prat Airport. Head northeast out of Barcelona Airport on the C-32B. Continue onto B-22 and take the exit toward C-31/​Barcelona Centre ciutat, which merges onto Av. Autovia Castelldefels. Continue onto Av. de la Granvia de l`Hospitalet and then onto Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes. Keep left on this road then turn right onto Carrer de Rocafort, then take the imediate left onto Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes. Take the 1st left onto Carrer de Calàbria then turn right onto Av. de Roma where the hotel will be on your left.
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT: From El Prat Airport. Walk to Aeroport - "Terminal C" and Bus towards Pl. Catalunya - Fontanella (about 29 minutes, 2 stops). Get off at Gran Via - Comte Borrell Stop ID: 109208. from here you can walk to the hotel by heading southwest on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes toward Carrer del Comte Borrell. Turn right onto Carrer del Comte Borrell. Turn left onto Carrer de València, slight right onto Av. de Roma and the hotel will be on your right.
